Altira’s Boutique Retirement Apartments

The project involved design, tender & launch phase of Altira’s 34 boutique retirement apartments with an eight-basement level Club & residential car park.

Designed units included one, two and three-bedroom residences as well as two 3-bedroom penthouse apartments, an open-planned garden deck on level five featuring indoor & outdoor spaces, a large screen TV, kitchen and lounge areas complete with lush gardens and panoramic views.

The facility was also designed to house the Gladesville Youth Club Centre for local gymnastics, dance and karate activities.
