Mazda & Urbanbox

Consisting of two different projects across a 8,400 sqm site, the works involved the design & construction of a new Mazda Service Centre and Urbanbox – a new concept storage warehouse facility.

The service centre has been built over two levels along with with a basement level car park and workshop on Ground level, along with a central Mazda office and reception. The workshop consists of 18 bays which will see up to 300 cars serviced each week.

Urbanbox is a new concept storage warehouse facility spanning over three levels and consisting of over 200 individual units; all equiped with high quality roller doors, central security, epoxy flooring, Askin panelling and WiFi.
